The 'Swiss Water' decaffeination process (SWD) is 100% chemical free, and removes approximately 99.9% of the coffee beans’ caffeine content while preserving the original flavour characteristics of the coffee.

Our Guatemalan SWD Arabica coffee beans are slow-roasted to get the very most out of the bean. If great-tasting decaffeinated coffee is your preference, then you will be unlikely to find any better.

These coffee beans are every bit as flavorful as our standard Guatemalan 'café Justicia'.

The taste is rich and creamy with a smooth finish - delicious.

All of our Swiss Water Decaffeinated coffee is freshly micro roasted by us in St Thomas, Ontario. When you order some from our online store, you receive a bag of coffee beans that is very much a premium product, where the aromas and flavours will be exceptionally delicious, and remarkably better than what you may be used to from a traditional decaffeinated coffee.

This coffee works fantastically well in all brewing equipment, including espresso / cappuccino machines, cafetiere pots, paper / metal filter brewers, and Turkish brewers.
